Story:
Ashley Groves has always had a thing for older men, an eccentricity that muddles her view of her drama teacher, Jonathan Hewer. He quickly becomes the recipient of her affections, though he refuses her advances due to the fact that he is much older than she, and it's strictly against the rules.
Once it becomes clear that Jon is not and will never return her affections, Ashley goes slightly crazy and begins to spread rumors that her teacher is trying to pursue a relationship with her. The rumors rock the school, turning many people against the one once loved drama teacher. People are in place to believe a student over a teacher, especially when the student has learned acting a bit too well.
The worst repercussion of the rumor, in Jon's opinion, is how easily Isabella Davis, the Art Teacher, falls into believing the lie. Jon has had a thing for her ever since he was hired at Kennington High and things were finally starting to look good when the rumors started. The woman is, however, prone to believe Ashley because she is Isabella's niece.. Events send Jonathan scrambling to find a way to clear his name before everything comes crumbling down on him.
